OX16UK Return & Exchange Policy
At OX16UK, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong size or a damaged/faulty item, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We only accept returns if:
- You received a different size than what you ordered.
- The item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
If your order meets these conditions, contact us within 14 days of receiving the item (to ensure you have sufficient time based on your delivery window).
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Email ox16uk@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
- If approved, we’ll provide a Royal Mail prepaid return shipping label with the return address included.
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Once we receive the return, you can choose between:
- A replacement, which will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- A refund, issued to your original payment method.
